About the BIA: The Bloor West Village BIA was established in the 1970’s and was one of the first BIAs. Today, it is widely recognized as Toronto’s number one neighbourhood, especially for families and youth. The neighborhood features a mix of boutiques, retail stores, restaurants, bakeries, unique architecture and design, parkettes and a lot of greenery.
